Isn't she cute? Yeah right! This cat is an enigma. She and Munchkin are in a power struggle to figure out who is the boss. Squeak is currently winning. Munchkin only seems to get the fire when Squeak is doing something to Squirm. Other than that, Squeak has bitten and/or scratched Munchkin more times than I can count.
On the other hand, Squeak knows that MD and I are definitely the boss. She hasn't quite figured out what Squirm's role is but we know that Squirm is boss and can't wait to get her little baby hands on Squeak's tail.
Squeak is quite a lovable cat, she likes to be petted and scratched but she can't keep her teeth off the power cords. It's a habit that we can't seem to break and we have too much stuff with power cords for her to be chewing on. MD has reprimanded her (aka beat the crap out of her) on numerous occasions because of her affinity for chewing on power cords.
I hate to say it, but we are going to have to find a new home for Squeak. We can't let her out on her own during the day because she chews on stuff so she gets relegated to the half-bath. I've never had such a mischevious cat before. Albeit I only had one but she knew what to do and what not to do and didn't need to get her ass beat more than once to learn the lesson. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?
